Tom was my Personal Trainer between July 2019 and May 2021. He helped me get into shape for my wedding (October 2021) and helped me to maintain my weight afterward. Overall, I had about 100 sessions with him--one of the best investments that I’ve made in a long time. Tom is very patient, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. He is passionate about fitness—he practices what he preaches and stays in great shape. He introduced me to new ways of working out and worked hard to make each session challenging and different for me—no two sessions were alike! Whenever I asked him tough questions about fitness, muscles, and nutrition; he was able to break it down for me so I could understand. He knows his stuff! Tom was my sixth personal trainer over the past several years and he has become my favorite. I highly recommend Tom as a personal trainer if you’re looking to improve your health.

Being a professional athlete has taken a lot out of me. I initially wanted a trainer to come to my home and help me with off season stretching, but I had my mind changed when I worked with Tom. Even with limited equipment (a few resistance bands, medicine balls, and a pull up bar) Tom was able to design a work out regiment that helped keep me in shape in the offseason and I truly believed helped me stay healthy going into the next season. I have had a lot of trainers throughout my NFL career, and I would confidently say that Tom is right on par with the level of professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic. Highly recommend.

Tom has been my fitness trainer for the past six years. He has worked with me, my wife and my daughter with special needs. We have kept a long term relationship with Tom since he is able to meet all of very different training needs. This reflects on his ability to customize his training guidance to meet the very specific needs of each of his clients. He comes to our home and either uses the limited equipment we have or brings equipment, bands or weights to ensure our workouts are varied and challenging at the same time. Tom has proven to be honest, reliable and knowledgeable in his work with me and my family. We plan to continue to work with Tom and I would recommend his to anyone interested in a little help to meet their fitness goals.

After about a month of making my way aimlessly through the various machines at the gym I decided to sign up for personal training with Tom. From the beginning he expected more from me than I thought I was capable of, but I went along with it and gave it my best shot even though there were days I was so sore I didn’t want to move. After awhile I came to appreciate the soreness as evidence that I was accomplishing something, and I found myself almost looking forward to it. I began to notice changes in both my appearance and, more importantly, in how I felt. I was sleeping better, I had more energy, and even my mood felt lighter and happier. I recently finished my first half marathon as well as a 200-mile relay. Tom has provided me with the direction that I lacked as well as a level of accountability that has been invaluable when my supply of internal motivation runs low. Having someone there to push me further than I want to go has really made the most out of my workouts, and somehow Tom manages to keep things light and entertaining even when I feel like quitting. I am truly grateful for all of his help and guidance.
