What is your typical process for working with a new client?

We start with a free assessment session. Be it Olympic athlete or absolute beginner. Everyone gets an assessment so I can develop a personalized program. We baby step our way through it at first, and then we start to hit the gas depending on how well the training is sinking in. It's all relative to the individual client, and no two clients are exactly alike.

How often do you recommend training per week?

It depends on the client's schedule and goals. I have clients that train with me twice per week, and others who prefer the consistency of six days per week.  If you are just starting out on your fitness journey, I recommend twice per week and ramping it up as needed after that.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your service?

I have a home gym where I train clients and I also travel to client homes or fitness facilities.  I offer discounts for training at my gym and couples training. My sessions are typically an hour long, unless asked to shorten or extend.

What advice would you give someone looking for a personal trainer?

Be thorough in your search. Make sure you and your potential trainer get along and you enjoy their training style. This is a huge commitment, and you should be 100% happy with your fitness pro.
